In order to deeply implement the new concept of disaster prevention and mitigation in the new period of “two insistences and three changes” of General Secretary Xi Jinping, the Emergency Response Command of Gansu Province decided to conduct the Lanzhou City Large area power outage event cross-zone linkage emergency drill. The exercise parent company Shenzhen Lehui Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. carried all the equipment produced by our factory to participate in this activity.
The exercise simulated a scenario: a large earthquake occurred in Lanzhou City, while a flash flood disaster occurred, resulting in a large number of transmission and distribution lines down in the power supply area, constituting a large (Ⅲ level) large area blackout event.
With a command from the emergency commander-in-chief at the drill site, the emergency rescue drill officially began, the emergency rescue team rushed to the scene in an orderly manner to carry out rescue. The drill site Manager Wu and Manager Zhu are responsible for the introduction of emergency equipment, product application engineers are responsible for equipment debugging, actively collaborate with the power rescue site lighting needs, do a good job of important power users, key areas of temporary power supply guarantee, the whole group division of labor is clear, the implementation of the emergency plan is strong.
The exercise site, the use of our factory production of high mobile mobile light tower “KLT-6180E”, for the rescue site tent to provide uninterrupted flood lighting; zero noise, zero emissions of high mobile new energy supply module “hump”, to protect the command area, the medical area tent power supply.
The exercise also makes the members of the project center of Lehui Photoelectric Gansu clearer to do a good job of safety and security, need to constantly enhance the practical ability of the plan, exercise the coordination ability of the members, exercise the rapid response ability, test the emergency equipment mobilization ability, equipment field operation ability.
